ENS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part time permanent Training Administrator, working 14 hours per week, based at their modern offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. ENS are a recruitment agency specialising in the health and social care sector. As a Training Administrator you will be reporting to the Training Co Ordinator.
Main purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support to the training division. Responsible for the booking of care workers onto required training, the booking of trainers, venues/provision of materials and all related administrative duties. To deliver and maintain a high-quality of service, compliant with ENS policy and procedures.
Knowledge:
- To have a basic knowledge of CQC requirements and the Health and Social Care Act and other relevant legislation and to ensure compliance.
- To have a basic knowledge of REC requirements, recruitment industry good practice and other relevant recruitment and sector specific legislation and to ensure compliance.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel & other Office Applications.
- Responsible for booking new starters, contracted care staff and existing care workers on training courses and updates
- Running system reports to identify those workers requiring training updates to ensure compliance and to manage all non-attendees of training
- Contact with care workers to respond to any general queries, needs or concerns relating to training
- Sending email confirmations/invites/links to care workers to confirm training courses, providing any guidance or support issues they may have i.e., technical issues
- Preparation of all course materials for all practical training sessions
- The raising of and/or issuing of training certificates for care workers upon request and for all external clients
- Setting up client accounts on the e-learning portal
- Regular checking and ordering of equipment and training materials as and when required
- Regular contact with clients to ensure all training availability is communicated and followed up to ensure all needs of clients met on a weekly basis
- Booking external training courses and venues as and when required and sending external booking confirmations as and when required
- Ensuring the training room is tidy, prepared, equipment adequately cleaned, opened, and closed after each training session and any agreed fa-cilities supplied
- Liaising/bookings of trainer and freelance trainers
Working 14 hours per week (2 full days ideally). 11.44 per hour
