Part-Time Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Type: Permanent/ Part Time
Salary: £10.58 per hour/£22k pro-rated, plus uncapped commission.

Hours: 24hrs per week.
Monday & Tuesday and every Saturday hours negotiable.

Summary of Role:
Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop.
The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D products such as 3D printers, filaments and parts to the UK market, which is based on the Group's already strong 3D eCommerce presence in the Netherlands.

This is a brand new role in the department and we are looking for someone with fantastic customer service twinned with phone and sales experience.

The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor will call customers and close the deal.
Are they having issues checking out? Provide assistance.
Not sure if they can get the product cheaper? Provide assurance.
The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor closes the sale by providing genuine advice and knowledge…and earns a nice commission for doing so.
Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions.
