Job description

Our client a highly successful wealth management business provides holistic advice to both individuals and companies on all aspects of financial planning.

As an integral part of their growth plans, they are seeking to appoint a Part Time senior Wealth Administrator to join their business support function.

The client is ideally lookign for someone who wants to work 2, 3 or 4 full days but may have soem flexiblity with this. The role is fully office based.

To be considered you must have at least 2 years wealth administration experience, preference will be given to candidates who are part qualified as the client will support and fund the qualifications required for you to progress your career should you so wish.

Role Responsibilities.

  • Liaise with clients, providers and relevant third parties.
  • Preparation of Annual Review & Meetings packs, including the production of up-to-date valuations on all policies held under management plus those held with a Letter of Authority (LOA).
  • Produce report for any Capital Gains Tax incurred where applicable and checking relevant compliance documents included where necessary.
  • Support advisers by drafting advice reports/letters and calculations.
  • Update Client file using Fact Find information gathered from Financial Planner taken from initial meeting and ongoing annual reviews.
  • Process withdrawals as and when requested from Clients.
  • Supporting the advisor and paraplanners in a range of administrative tasks

The person:

  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, with the knowledge and ability to make a difference in the company, matched with a proven track record coupled with the skills to progress the company s interests.
  • Prior industry experience is essential as is up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
  • Sound technical knowledge of the distribution channels within the UK regulatory market.
  • Manage workflow you will be experienced in implementation, change management, systems, and processes.

Whilst this is an office-based role the client is prepared to be flexible in terms of working hours.
