Couldyou help young people in MACS to build the skills and confidence to maintaintheir own homes?

MACS supports children and young peopleaged 16 – 25 who are care experienced, homeless or at risk of homelessness,experience mental ill health or are at risk of suicide or self-harm, this roleencourages young people to participate fully in MACS services.

The Participation worker will work in conjunction with MACS Housing andFloating Support services to support the development of opportunities for youngpeople, putting their ideas forward so they have an input in how we deliver ourservices.

Salary: £25,409 per annum

Benefits: MACS Pension contributionof 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (including bank holidays); enhancedpaid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year;Flexible and remote working options available.
