Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with workflow management and job allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Directors.
- Manage your own client portfolio.
- Engage with a diverse clientele, preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Contribute insights on accounting systems and ongoing developments with Making Tax Digital.
- Support and mentor junior team members in their professional development.
Required Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Previous experience working in a practice setting is essential.
- Some supervisory experience or the ability to oversee a small team.
- Career-driven mindset.
- Experience supporting clients across various sectors (professional services, service sector, construction, manufacturing, retail, agriculture).
- Proficiency with Xero is advantageous.
- Familiarity with TaxCalc is beneficial.
- Strong team player with a preference for working in a small office environment.
