Partnership Accountant

An opportunity has arisen to join a top UK employer as they seek an experienced accountant to join the team in a Partnership Accountant position. This role will report into the Assistant Financial Controller, and work closely with the Partners of the business. The role offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements, with up to 50% of the role being able to be worked from home.
As the Partnership Accountant, you will play a vital role within the organisation and be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining partner share schedules
- Assisting the Management Accountants with forecasting and cash flow relating to the Partners
- Maintaining an dupdating the partner current accounts
- Preparation of profit statements
- Assisting with Tax returns
- Additional duties as per the full job description
Due to the nature of this position, it is essentially you are a fully qualified accountant with strong knowledge of accountancy principles and procedures. You will also need to have excellent communication skills on both a written and verbal level, and be good at rapport building with senior stakeholders. You will conduct your work with high levels of accuracy and possess a strong attention to detail. You will also be comfortable using accountancy systems and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
