Job description

We are currently recruiting a Partnerships Co-ordinator to drive forward opportunities for TU London through effective relationship building and development. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A proactive individual who is a natural relationship builder and can develop and maintain effective relationships with a number stakeholders to be a key point of contact and promote the TU London offer. You will cover one or more of the following designated client areas: Schools Colleges Business & Industry Community Organisations Your responsibilities will include building relationships with key staff across your client base, developing an understanding of their requirements and providing activities/engagements to support these. You will work with the Head of Partnerships & Business Development to develop a partnership model, with particular focus on key partners and identification of new target partners. In this role you will work closely with colleagues to deliver events and facilitate links between employers, community groups and schools and colleges. You will have knowledge and experience of working in an education environment or with young people from a variety of backgrounds, and knowledge or experience of the 16+ education environment. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in either school/college liaison or business to business development where you have built effective partnerships with key stakeholders. Your skills and expertise will include the ability to communicate and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and to be able to adapt communication style appropriately. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive presentations and group sessions. Excellent organisational, time management skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
