Canterbury Christ Church University are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Registry Coordinator to join the Partnerships Administration Team in Registry Services. We are seeking confident and outgoing candidates with a passion to continuously improve our student and staff experience, achieving this through effective and collaborative administration across the University and with colleagues in UK and international partner institutions. The RoleThe Registry Coordinator (Partnerships) coordinates the administration of UK and international Partnerships, ensuring the delivery of a high-level business support service. The role-holder will be expected to significantly contribute to the planning, development, and enhancement of the administrative functions within the Partnerships Registry Team to support the whole spectrum of activities. They will collaborate with colleagues across the University and within our UK and international Partner organisations to ensure that Partners are working to the agreed operational academic calendar throughout the academic year, and to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance. The role-holder will work with colleagues to ensure that our systems and processes are customer focused, streamlined and efficient and meet the needs of our students and staff. They will prioritise and proactively manage business-as-usual activities to support the needs of the business and our stakeholders. The PersonWe would love to hear from you if you enjoy proactively solving problems and have excellent communication and administration skills. Attention to detail is important in this role to ensure records are accurate and that data is timely and can be relied upon. You will need experience of working with administrative processes and inter-institutional partner arrangements. You will have experience of coordinating complex multi-stakeholder events, and be proficient at managing competing priorities, and adapting and responding to change in order to deliver a customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
