My client, an award-winning multi-franchise dealer group, is seeking an experiencedParts Advisor to join a busy, dynamic and growing team in Feltham. With a key focus on providing excellent customer service and setting high standards, you can expect a buzzing and great company culture with excellent staff rewards! This is a Monday-Friday position with working on a rota (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) plus every other Saturday from 8am-1pm (40-45 hours per week).
Main duties:
- Looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with their part needs
- Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts & locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Handling payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
- Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
- Promotion of parts sales and up-selling (including relevant parts marketing campaigns and discounts) to achieve company targets as well as individual KPI's
- Professionally handle any customer complaints and escalate as necessary whilst delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor/Administrator or similar role within the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration & computer skills
- Ability to use Kerridge or Keyloop CRM systems
- Customer oriented with clear written and verbal communication

- Salary from £29,000 - £31,000
- OTE of £36,000+
