Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a motor trade Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, to join a small parts office based in Winchester.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Serving customers face to face and on the phone
- Identifying and supplying parts using parts books and online systems
- Promoting the retail shop in the local area
- Stock taking and maintaining a high level of stock efficiency
Requirements:
- Customer service experience essential
- Previous experience in a parts environment either in the agricultural or car industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be well organised
- Computer literate preferably with experience of Microsoft office
Hours:
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm with half an hour unpaid for lunch (39 basic pay, 3.5hrs time and a half)
- Overtime available: Monday to Saturday: Time and a Half Sunday: Double Time
- Bank Holiday Monday: Double Time & a Day in Lieu
- You will be required to do some weekend working especially during our peak harvest season.

Salary: £25,000 pa to £28,000 pa depending on experience + Company pension + Free parking + On-site parking
