Hours: M onday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience. 

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Parts & Procurement Administrator,  to join our client based at its Head Office in Droitwich. 

Role Purpose

• The Parts and Procurement Administrator role involves a wide range of administrative duties to support the business with paperwork and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Expedite outstanding orders and confirm due dates with suppliers
• Review purchase order acknowledgements and raise and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide information to accounts and other internal stakeholders
• Amend purchase orders if there is a change in cost or quantity
• Input delivery notes on SAGE
• Price checking and reconciliation
• Update stock levels on SAGE
• Stock level data support
• Telephone and email communication

Key Attributes

• Administration experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of SAGE and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and positive work principles
• Good problem-solving skills
• Reliable and conscientious
• Able to work under pressure & prioritise workload
