aka Recruitment are looking for an experienced full-time Parts Sales Advisor to join our clients team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional sales advice to our customers and ensuring that the Parts Department runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Parts Sales and Parts Advisor positions, as well as familiarity with MAM software.
Responsibilities:- Provide sales assistance to customers in the Parts Department.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and solutions.
- Process orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and parts inventory.
- Receive and process payments for parts orders.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers.
- Stay up-to-date with parts availability and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the Parts Manager.
- Previous experience in a Parts Sales and/or Parts Advisor position.
- Knowledge of MAM software or other automotive systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
