Parts & Stock Administrator - Coleraine Area - PermanentAbout the role:
- Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm
- Full time, permanent
- Up to £26,000.00 per annum

- Manage spare parts orders from point of order to packing and despatch
- Manage and resolve customer warranty cases
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Update and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with purchasing and workshop teams
- Implement efficient stock control procedures
Criteria:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to develop good relationships with customers.
- Previous experience in a similar admin/ customer support environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
- Excellent organisational skills –
- Understanding of coordinating inventory operations to ensure received and supplied products are accounted for
- Self-motivated and good time management
