Parts Supervisor – Watford
Salary: 31k basic,40k OTE + benefits
YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor / Assistant Parts Manager / Parts Team Leader to join our client in the Hertfordshire area.
Duties of the Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor / Assistant Parts Manager / Parts Team Leader :
- To ensure parts purchase, parts sales and profit margin targets are achieved.
- To supervise and control the daily activities of the parts department staff, develop a team environment to ensure a high level of customer service is offered and maintained.
- To process any parts related enquiries giving the correct identification and information required.
- To assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting tagets
- To follow up any back orders on a daily basis.
- Manage the inside sales representative’s team
- Set and track sales targets for your team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the Parts Manager.
- To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Hours for the Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor / Assistant Parts Manager / Parts Team Leader are Monday – Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00.
