Salary: 27,500 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, 1 in 3/4 Saturday's

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Telesales Specialist for our client's parts department in Cambridge.
Working in a busy parts department your role will be to communicate over the phone and face to face with both retail and trade customers in order to source and supply the right Parts for the their needs. You will be working closely with the Centre Manager and numerous Service departments to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Parts Telesales Specialist role:
The general duty within this parts department will be to communicate with trade customers via emails and through both incoming and outgoing calls. Numerous existing accounts to work from so there's no cold calling involved in this role. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.
Parts Sales Executive requirements:

• Must have previous customer service experience and excellent telephone manner
• Previous Parts experience preferrable but not essential
