Red Sky are currently recruiting for Check in Agents to join the team at Gatwick Airport. You will be responsible on ensuring that passengers receive the highest quality of care, security, and assistance during their travels. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in the airport! This is a seasonal position with great opportunities to be kept on or moved to a new assignment at Gatwick!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of airport operations, successful candidates will need to be flexible with a positive attitude towards shift work.

Main Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service; being professional, polite, and courteous at all times.
- Assisting passengers with boarding procedures, luggage requirements and wayfinding queries.
- Performing security checks on individuals and their belongings.
- Provide information for passengers about the airport and facilities.
- Work alongside external airport partners to keep things running smoothly.
- Follow safe working practices.
- Any additional reasonable duties, as assigned by operational management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a busy, customer-based service role.
- Flexibility - You must be able to work early and late shifts.
- Great work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service.
- Self-motivated and willing to work using own initiative.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous airport experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be over 18
- Must have resided in the UK for the last 5 consecutive years due to the enhanced background checks required.
- Have no unspent criminal convictions - If you are successful, you will be required to apply for a Criminal Record Check (DBS)
