About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to work in an outstanding school. The successful candidate must have administration experience and have good IT skills. Experience as an administrator within a school is not essential, but applicants must have experience of building positive relationships, enjoy working with young people and be committed to promoting school policies. Above all, the Pastoral Administrator must be committed to being part of a team responsible for motivating, monitoring and supporting all of our students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

PERSON SPECIFICATION/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maths and English to GCSE or equivalent
  • Graduate status or equivalent (desirable)

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Working in a school environment (desirable)
  • Working with young people (desirable)

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and to take direction
