Tonic are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join our client's B&I contract catering operation in the City of London. Our client is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, baked goods, confections, and other desserts throughout staff dining and hospitality.
What we are looking for in Pastry Chef candidates..

• Previous experience within fresh, high-volume, pastry kitchens
• Rosette or Michelin experience is desirable
• A clear passion for food and innovation
• A real team player, with experience training others
• Good interpersonal skills
• Compliant in Food Hygiene & Food Safety
