Our client who are one of the most highly regarded 5 Star Hotels in the southeast are looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie. You will be a key part of the pastry team that is responsible for covering the hotels entire Pastry offering, which includes 2 restaurants, banqueting and a Spa. The Hotel expects nothing other than perfection and with incredibly demanding guests the quality of the food must be the highest standard.
You'll be part of a team of over 40 Chefs which you'll be working closely alongside each department to help deliver a memorable experience to the guests, so working well as part of a large team is essential. With demanding guests, last minute requests and ever changing dietaries, you will need to be creative and have the ability to think on the spot with strong organisational skills and of course be in touch with the latest food trends. The ideal Chef should preferably come with previous experience within a high Rosette, 5 star hotel or Michelin starred restaurant environment.
