Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Bonus potential + Housing + Relocation!

Location: Westhampton, NY

My client is an exclusive coastal club who boasts luxurious amenities and breathtaking oceanfront views, offering an unparalleled escape for discerning guests seeking refined relaxation.
The opportunity for either a seasonal or full time Pastry Head chef has become available.
If fulltime, there is potential for huge growth within the company, with offseason offering travel, grow and develop future projects, and aiding progression of training and development.

The Ideal Pastry Head Chef

• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making or baking
• Experience in luxury industry is highly desirable
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing and leadership skills
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
