Our client is a specialised firm that provides a comprehensive range of hazard control solutions, encompassing dust control, fume extraction, noise barriers, ventilation, climate control, water treatment, environmental monitoring, and confined space safety equipment. Operating across various sectors, including construction, civils, rail, healthcare, utilities, and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain the accuracy of our digital database for hire equipment examinations.
- Log defective and substandard equipment and notify the relevant teams.
- Act as a point of contact for customers requiring assistance with troubleshooting equipment.
- Support/manage the resolution of breakdowns.
- Maintain the testing bay/area and ensure good housekeeping principles are followed.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Hold the 2377 City & Guilds qualification for portable appliance testing.
- Additional electrical experience is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General warehouse experience and skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage workload and working environment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, including Outlook.

Working Hours:
07:30 am - 16:30 pm
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum with KPI incentive bonus.
