The ideal candidate:

• 4-9 years of law firm experience in Patent Prosecution.
• Graduate degree in biology or related field is necessary.
• USPTO registration.
• Experience in IP strategy, portfolio management, and the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• must be a high performer and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Admission to a state bar is required.
