The Role:

As a Bookings Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients via telephone. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Main duties:

• Answering incoming calls from new patients
• Engaging callers and converting new leads
• Booking appointments for existing patients
• Describing treatments and benefits
• Credentialing the medical team/clinic
• Answering calls promptly, greeting callers warmly and listening carefully
• Making calls, transferring calls, and accessing voicemail as appropriate
• Conducting daily reviews of schedule status for the remainder of the week and the following two weeks

Job Details:

• Job Title: Patient Booking Coordinator
• Salary: £24,000 with OTE of £30,000
• Hours: 40 Hours per week including X2 Saturdays per month
• Shifts: 8:30 am 5 pm 9 am 5:30 pm 9 am 6 pm
• Location: Stoke Poges - (SL2)
