Job description

A Vacancy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
An opportunity has arisen for a Patient Safety insight Team Administrator (30 hours per week) within the Patient Safety Team .
This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative support for the Trust’s Patient Safety Insight Team, primarily supporting a small team of Patient Safety investigators and facilitating all aspects of Patient Safety investigations across the organisation.
This essential role within the team requires sensitive engagement and communication with people affected by Patient Safety incidents in the course of making arrangements to support investigation processes.
There is a key requirement for good planning and organisational skills to ensure timely and smooth running of investigations and good attention to detail to support publication of accurate and professional investigation reports.
The postholder will be required to work on site in Bristol with the option to work from home on occasions. There may be occasional travel to other hospital sites to support investigators in their work.
