We are currently working in partnership with a healthcare clinic based in Cambridgeshire, who are recruiting for a Patient Services Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £26,500. Additional benefits include up to two days working from home, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension contribution and healthcare cash plan.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a sales setting. Having empathy and compassion are key skills alongside a soft sales approach. A Driving License and access to a car is essential for this role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Helping the clinic achieve its business volume targets by converting enquiries through agreed personal and team targets
Ensuring that prospective patients are guided to the most suitable treatment and testing options based on their needs
Taking responsibility for the conversion of enquiries into bookings through the proactive management of all enquiries to drive conversion opportunities from lead generation activity
Managing responses within set KPIs for all channels of patient enquiry
Accurately inputting data in regard to patient demographic and referral details
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Acting as an ambassador for the clinic and role model behaviours that reflect the company’s core values
Expertise and skills required:
Strong customer/communication skills
Handling sensitive data with absolute discretion
Ideally have a background in the Healthcare sector or customer service/call centre experience
Experience in the use of databases
Driving license and access to a car
Soft sales approach
Empathetic and compassionate
