To maximise the success of the programme we want to take every opportunity to test and refine our plans, so a keen interest in evaluating and learning is important.
You’ll work closely with the Stewardship and Events Team, driving our vision as we look to develop engagement, stewardship strategies and events that bring our supporters closer to the Trust and deliver a consistent approach to relationship management.
You’ll develop and maintain an internal communications approach to build internal relationships, and inspire and inform colleagues and volunteers across the organisation about the Patrons programme.
You’ll also be responsible for a suite of KPIs and reporting tools that will measure and monitor the success of the programme, as well as understanding the motivations and drivers of our donors and potential donors. Who we're looking for You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached.
