The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate fundraising manager. They will be managing the Membership Officer and working with the wider Development team, maintaining the highest level of donor stewardship for existing and new supporters to meet annual income targets.
Our members are the heart of support at Shakespeare's Globe. To celebrate their contribution, they access a range of benefits including priority booking, exclusive events, and Globe magazine. The Patrons Manager joins us at an exciting time with the relaunch of our Friend membership and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and running of the scheme alongside the Membership Officer.
Informed by the Globe's business plan, the Patrons Manager will have strategic responsibility for the growth of Friends and Patrons and low-level regular giving. They will also work closely with the Head of Individual Giving on US philanthropic giving, as well as on low-mid level individual giving campaigns towards both revenue and capital fundraising streams.
