About the role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Analyst within a newly created Reward Team.

The Reward Team provide the control and governance over the organisations newly implemented pay structure, whilst providing comprehensive reward advice and recommendations to Swindon Borough Council to maximise their reward and benefit offering.

Your role would be the subject matter expert, providing expert advice and to review the external market and benefit offering and deliver against a robust reward plan. Engaging with stakeholders cross the organisation, third party providers and ensure clear governance, and ensure all controls across all processes are adhered to. Producing and using benchmarking and data analysis to make, and help others make decisions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within a newly formed reward team.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
