Atkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a successful organisation based on the outskirts of Norwich as they seek to appoint a Payroll Advisor to support the Payroll Manager. With a focus on maintaining accurate end to end payroll processing of multiple payrolls. Key duties include:
- Accurate processing of multiple payrolls to include weekly, monthly, four-weekly and fortnightly payrolls.
- Managing general enquires internally and externally to ensure a professional and efficient service is provided.
- Escalating any issues promptly to the Payroll Manager and assist as necessary.
- Maintaining and developing up to date knowledge of Payroll policies, procedures and legislation.
- Assisting with audit processes.
- Maintain an appropriate record/filing system of all relevant information for audit purposes.
- Provide necessary documentation to HMRC (RTI), and also assist with the preparation and submission of all year-end returns to HMRC.
- Manage pension schemes and payments including auto-enrolment
- Support the Payroll Manager with any other payroll tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable payroll experience and looking for a role that will encourage growth and development. A strong focus on customer service is essential, along with a purposeful focus on teamwork.
