Description
- Manage and oversee all payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all benefits are administered correctly.
- Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and filing requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Prepare reports for management on payroll and benefits expenses.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency in the payroll and benefits department.
- Provide training and support to payroll staff.
Profile
A successful Payroll & Benefits Manager should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- CIPP Qualification.
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits management.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll tax laws and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
