Description

• Implement and manage the new payroll systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
• Provide training to the team on payroll systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR and Accounting teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
• Ensure the protection of payroll information by maintaining confidentiality.
• Stay informed about current legislation affecting payroll.

Profile

A successful Payroll Implementation Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in Payroll Implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
