Payroll Implementation Support

A progressive Public sector organisation with a national remit are looking to recruit a Payroll Implementation Support to their team on a fixed term contract. This is a fast paced organisation providing a pivotal service to communities across the country and will present the successful candidate with plenty of challenge in a rewarding sector. You'll be joining an incredibly supportive and experienced team, with room to be able to add value and ownership to the role; whilst gaining experience of working on a significant implementation project. Role: Provide critical support the payroll technical lead and core implementation project team to achieve the successful implementation and transition to the new HRIS system Support the delivery of training to the BAU team Support with identifying areas for improvement with processes Assist with parallel pay runs, identifying and reconciling discrepancies Ensure legislative requirements including GDPR are met Person: You will possess experience of working on significant projects specifically involving payroll system implementation Have experience of working with payroll systems such as iTrent Advanced IT skills comprising Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SAP or equivalent Be able to demonstrate effective written and presentation skills, with an ability to produce concise and meaningful reports If this sounds of interest, please contact Callum Horridge on LinkedIn or follow the linked provided.
