DK Recruitment are looking for a payroll experienced individual to join their client’s team in Gloucester as a Payroll Officer. The role is for a global leading firm with a clear vision to meet the unique needs and wants of their clients within the varying sectors they work.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional service to employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Collating and processing timesheets to the job costing module
- Calculating payable hours and uplifts based on hours worked and contract entitlements
- Processing data into the payroll module
- Preparing / collating payroll information for the groups foreign subsidiary
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure data accuracy
- Pension and auto enrolment administration
- Coordinating with supervisors and managers to ensure absences are recorded correctly
Ideal Candidate will be:
- Able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience working as a payroll assistant or similar role
- Highly organised being able to prioritise their workload efficiently to ensure strict deadline are met.
- Level 3 qualification in payroll with experience using Cascade HR/Payroll software - Advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
