Payroll & Shared Services Manager

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well known Education trust based in Kettering to recruit a Payroll and Shared Services Manager. This position is a Full Time, Permanent role, working on a hybrid working pattern, split between their Kettering office 4 days per week and remote working for 1 day. This role will support and be responsible to lead the provision of an effective, responsive and efficient finance administration and payroll function
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Experienced Payroll Manager with experience of managing teams previously.
- Be the lead contact for the outsourced payroll provider, pension admin issues and auto enrolment requirements.
- Must be able to lead the preparation of the monthly payroll.
- Must be able to monitor the apprenticeship levy payments and usage and work closely with the wider people team
- Must be willing to work in their Kettering office at least 4 days per week.
