Payroll Solutions Specialist

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to join our Payroll Solutions team on a 6 month FTC.

This role provides great structure to each working week and the opportunity to learn transferrable skills in Data Input, Billing and Credit Control.

Responsibilities:

• Processing weekly and monthly hours for Contractors using either manual timesheets, client portals or client files.
• Taking contractor calls and resolving any hours queries.
• Raising invoices on a weekly or monthly basis following the individual clients processes.
• Chasing clients for payment and ensuring payments are collected on or by due dates.
• Post and allocate cash where needed and resolve any debt issues / reconcile accounts.
• Will have good system knowledge on RSM, Bullhorn, Navision and Microsoft applications on a daily basis.
