Description
- Project work, assisting in implementing a new system within the business.
- Oversee the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes of payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to payroll and employment.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries.
- Prepare reports on payroll information for upper management.
- Implement and streamline payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on new features of payroll systems and software.
Profile
A successful Payroller should have:
- Proficiency with Cascade systems
- Proven experience in Payroll
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes.
