JGA are partnered with an Ofsted OUTSTANDING training provider currently seeking a Payroll Tutor to join their team. An excellent opportunity for experienced Payroll professionals who are seeking more flexibility.
No prior Tutoring experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering training and mentoring.
- Contributing to the wider business services team.
- Supporting and developing Payroll apprentices.
- Planning teaching, learning and mentoring to the required apprenticeship standard.
- Individuals who are serious about a career in Tutoring and will commit to a period of development time to adjust to Tutor work.
- Highly organised approach to work.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for the Payroll and Apprenticeship industries.
- A career history in Payroll delivery and operations. Strong technical ability and can keep up with legislative changes to curriculums.
- CIPP preferred but not required.
- Seeing learners achieve their qualifications and supporting them through the apprenticeship is a great sense of pride.
- Using the knowledge we acquired as payroll professionals and being able to impart that on new payroll professionals.
- Flexible working/managing your own dairy.
- It's really important the candidates have had coaching/mentoring/training as part of their role as it doesn't matter how great their technical knowledge is, they need to be able to engage and inspire with their learners.
