Pcb Rework & Repair Operator

Are you an experienced PCB or Electronics Rework Technician/Operator? Looking for an exciting new role?
My client, an established and successful electronics manufacturer is looking to recruit a PCB Rework & Repair Operator to join their team at their manufacturing facility, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
As a PCB Rework & Repair Operator based in Basingstoke, you will be responsible for:

• Reworking and repair of both SMT (Surface Mount) and TH (Through-Hole)
• Rework and repair by hand or with repair aids, including track and pad repairs, wire linking and modifications and board repairs.
• Operating soldering irons, infrared BGA placement and reflow, hot air convection reflow and X-Ray machines.

The ideal PCB Rework & Repair Operator candidate, based in Basingstoke will have:

• Experience soldering electronics including BGA, QFN and chip components
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate a clear and logical approach to problem solving
• Must be accurate and have the ability to inspect close work
• Must have the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material and identify components.
