PC&L Manager
Job Description
- Managing resources and controlling the warehouse and all material flow functions; managing inventory levels across all sites while ensuring seamless supply to manufacturing.
- Managing both internal and external freight
- Identifying and implementing improvements for cost reductions, waste management and material movements
- Being responsible for all racking across the plant, ensuring its compliant within SEMA regulations
- Having ownership of the company’s logistics processes including managing internal logistics IT systems and databases
- Managing all MHE/LGV’s on site including costs, monitoring utilisation, impact data and driver performance

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in an automotive or tier 1 manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of working in logistics within fast-paced, high volume manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience of using ERP/MRP systems
- Previous experience of managing warehouses and material flow
