To deliver and assist high quality P.E lessons, sports clubs and specialist programmes to children in primary level education within the Cheshire/Merseyside area whilst following the school curriculum and KSE guidelines.

Candidate Profile:
It is essential that the successful candidate has the following:
- Full UK driving license and own car is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritise the safety and well being of the young children they work with
- Organised and punctual
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good initiative and enthusiasm
- Can work alone or as part of a team
- Are able to deliver good or outstanding PE lessons
Other desirable qualities:
- Experience working with primary aged children: 1 year (preferred)
- Living locally to the Cheshire/Merseyside area
Duties include:
- To lead programmes to classes of up to 30 KS1 / KS2 children
- To show strong classroom management and behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- To follow and deliver the P.E national curriculum across all programmes
- Plan and deliver high quality P.E sessions
- Complete termly assessments for teachers
- Liaise and communicate with school staff and parents including Senior Leaders.
- Ensure the safety of all students.
- Follow school / company code of conduct
- Lead development on a specialist programme/sport
Full training will be provided.
- DBS checks - KSE can apply for this for you. DBS must be deemed satisfactory.
- Level 2 or higher qualification in sport (degree is desirable)
- First Aid qualification
