Position: Full-time
Salary: £150 - £210 per day
Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Education Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and supportive school environment? We are seeking a qualified PE teacher to join my partner secondary school in Dewsbury, starting from the Easter term.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to develop their physical abilities, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organise and participate in extracurricular sports activities and events.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, monitoring their progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the PE department and the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physical Education.
- Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and a passion for promoting physical well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
