As a Peat Plant Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the production and processing of peat. This role involves working both day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate machinery and equipment used in peat production and processing.
– Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
– Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
– Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role or industrial environment is preferred.
– Ability to work effectively on a rotating shift pattern, including nights.
– Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and machinery operation.
