Changes specialises in providing a unique and specialised service for clients with recent offending and complex needs, including Personality Disorder. We understand the challenges individuals face, such as self-harm, low self-esteem, difficulties in engagement, and more. Our mission is to guide them toward positive change and a brighter future.
If you have:
- Ability to assess and manage risk within a therapeutic framework.
- The understanding of Mental health and Personality Disorders.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively and confidence to champion recovery.
- Lived experience of mental health and / or Personality Disorder.
