Job description

Due to the expansion and continued success if this nationwide Pension and Actuarial firm, we have an exciting new position for a Pension Implementation Consultant to join an already established team on either a hybrid or fully remote basis.

The main purpose of this role will be to lead and execute client implementation projects as well as to suggest improvements to Implementation data processes and Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Meet with clients during the implementation cycle to understand requirements, data, processes and systems, and make recommendations on how to implement the firms services.
  • Review existing business processes and establish new operating procedures
  • Undertake system configuration and data analysis
  • project management activities including risk and issue identification and mitigation

As you can see this is an extremley vareied and interesting role with the opportunity to become involved in many different areas. To be sucsessful in this role the right candidatewill have a strong DB background and ideally have experience within an Implementation or Data Analysis. Although a range of Pension experience will be considered. You will also have good communication skills and be up to date with legislation and other policy changes that affect pensions, considers the impact to Implementation processes. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to step into an interesting and varied role where you will be responsible for liaising with clients and become involved with the strategic direction of the firm and assisting in process improvement of the company as a whole.
