Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Pensions Administrator to work with their very well-established client based in Peterborough.
There are multiple Pensions Administrator opportunities currently available. Candidates who have a strong working knowledge of DC /DB Pensions and/or experience of retail financial products are urged to apply.
Principle Responsibilities for the Pensions Administrator:
- Calculate retirement quotes, leavers benefits/up to date statements, death benefits, spouse's benefits, check transfer values and issue statements
- Run pension increases and process renewals of defined benefit pensions.
- Manage trustee bank accounts
- Process bulk mailings and calculations
- Use standard letters and peer checking of simple letters (i.e. return of certificates)
- Draft administration reports
- Provide information for/complete annual scheme returns
- Take responsibility for identifying upcoming NRDs
- Requesting valuation data and carrying out data checks
- Manage own workload
- Complete accurate timesheet
- Support senior team Administrators.
- Carry out other duties and take on additional responsibilities as may be required
Person Specification for the Pensions Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise with employees across all levels
- Previous experience and knowledge of DC/DB pensions is highly desirable
- Ability to work within an extremely challenging and busy environment
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service to our clients and their investors
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and have excellent attention to detail
- Have a positive, flexible, and can do attitude
- Be a strong team player
- Diplomatic and professional at all times
This is a full time permanent Pensions Administrator position, offering an annual salary of 23,000 - 28,000.
