Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an operational pensions administration role
Location: Crawley. First 8 weeks office-based training, then hybrid (3 days in the office per week).
Your Role: To provide a complete administration service including all regular aspects of pensions administrative work, responding to pension enquiries such as processing retirements, transfers out and time critical events

Key Skills:
- Experience in pensions administration roles
- Excellent technical and operational knowledge of UK contracted-out defined benefit pension schemes, also experience in defined contribution schemes is desirable
- Good knowledge of UK pension legislation
- Familiarity with pension administration systems, with experience in Profund being an advantage.
- Proven track record in performing and checking member benefit calculations, including dealing with complex legacy arrangements.
