Pensions Investment Analysts And Senior Investment Analysts Hybrid Working

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently seeking experienced Investment Analysts and Senior Investment Analysts for full-time, permanent positions working on a hybrid basis where you will share your time between the office and home. Locations in West Yorkshire, Kent and Hampshire.

The role is focused on supporting our authorised investment consultants on a range of pension scheme clients, including managing client relationships, attending client meetings and producing bespoke client advice and reports.

The role also includes helping to develop our group of junior and Senior analysts. In addition, you:

1. will be fully supported in your development to become an authorised investment consultant, and beyond;
2. and will be supported to study for either an actuarial or CFA qualification (if not already qualified).

Key Accountabilities

1. Supporting authorised investment consultants on a range of pension scheme clients.
2. Liaising with clients at meetings, by telephone and by e-mail.
3. Attending periodic team meetings in the office.
4. Managing deadlines and requirements on a range of pension schemes.
5. Drafting, checking and reviewing standard and bespoke communications, client advice and reports.
6. Setting up and checking investment models.
7. Helping to develop more junior members of the team.
8. Specialism in other area(s) of the Investment Team; for example manager / fund / asset class research, development of investment models, documentation or DC work.

1. We are looking to take on an Investment Analyst who is working towards or recently qualified in either FIA or CFA exams with 2+ years of Pensions Investment experience.
2. Skills - be an excellent communicator who understands how to express complicated ideas in a concise and clear way and maintain good client relationships.
3. Characteristics - a can do, enthusiastic approach to tackling problems, and a desire to build positive teams with your colleagues and clients.
