In-house Pensions Solicitor is required to join an ambitious insurance company based in Buckinghamshire.

As the in-house Pensions Solicitor, you will;

• Have a unique opportunity to assist with growing and developing the Bulk purchase annuity (BPA) of the business and provide legal advice throughout the transaction process.
• Draft and review matters and processes in the transaction process from initial instruction through to completion including BPA deal contracts
• Work with external parties to include trustees and administrators and working closely with the executive committee
• Have an option to take on wider corporate and commercial matters within the business
• Ensure the company complies with FCA and PRA conduct standards and any risk management

Experience required;

• Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and BPA Market
• Knowledge of BPA process from deal execution to buy-out
• Good knowledge of life assuance and pensions business

• Salary up to £95,000 per annum D
• Discretionary Bonus On target earnings 20% with the potential to 40% depending on individual and company performance
