We're on the hunt for a People and Culture Advisor who can help us foster a positive work environment, support employee engagement, and implement HR strategies. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a combination of HR expertise, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to promoting a healthy organisational culture.

As a People and Culture Advisor, you'll be responsible for driving the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, identifying training needs, designing compensation structures, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. You'll also need to conduct employee surveys and analyse data to measure and improve employee satisfaction and coordinate employee assistance programs and health and wellbeing activities to support overall employee wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a similar position, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. We're looking for someone who is down-to-earth with a genuine interest in people, empathetic and approachable, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
