As Regional People Partner you will work closely with their key stakeholders and provide efficient, effective, and innovative People Partnering services across your business units. You will play a crucial part in developing, supporting, and delivering the people plan. Your people plan would fit into the overall Colleague Strategy. As a People Partner you will operate within a true generalist capacity, responsible for most aspects of People. You will have a broad remit with a focus on continuous improvement and People change; an opportunity for you to make a real difference and contribute to something remarkable. The role will require you to work at pace, that aids the employee value proposition, colleague experience and elevates the People function’s brand but ultimately delivers an exceptional People service.
This full-time role is to be based in the North East, you will work from their Peterlee offices two days per week. There is also weekly travel across to one of their other offices near Warrington.
